WHAT IS CYBER RESILIENCE & READINESS

Amendments to the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018 mean significant changes to cybersecurity reporting obligations.

Relevant companies will now be required to:
  • Maintain a register of critical infrastructure assets. This includes ownership, operational, interest and control information.

  • Report critical and other cyber security incidents. If you become aware that a critical cyber security incident will impact asset availability you must notify ACSC within 12 hours.
